So I had to do a reboot and nothing. Windows doesn't even wake up my monitors. The only thing I was doing was installing some games. The same thing happened to my wife's laptop. I just got this Vanquish 2 today and now I can't do a thing. Anyone help?

Did you unplug the system and open it up and make sure that every thing is seated properly?

I would reseat the Ram and Video Card. Check to make sure you Hard drive and other drive connection did not come loose from the shipping.

It is not uncommon for a computer to work at first and stop working because something is loose after shipping.

Ok so I unplugged all my monitors, plugged in one, it booted. Then I plugged in the others and they worked. So any fixes for that?

How many monitors are we talking about? And where are you plugging them in? Any monitor plugged into the motherboard's monitor port, next to the rear fan and USB and audio ports, won't work. Only use the video card ports under the rear fan.

I don't understand the question. You said they work now?

So, everything is working OK now?

Reading back,  if you meant only a single monitor works on boot and the others need to be plugged in after, then make sure the monitors are all plugged into a hot wall outlet or power/surge strip.  If you're using a power saving, eco friendly  strip that kills all the power to the plugs to save on the trickle juice cost, then the gtx 770 might not see the other monitors on boot to configure them.

Good luck and Enjoy. Big%20Smile

Absolutely fascinating.

As I have been looking to add a 2nd monitor, this never would have occurred to me.
