Thanks jooks1184,
My first thought was it is a re-branded 922 but it is more than that. I have been disappointed that DS stopped stocking the 922 and maybe they will pick up this case. The 922 is a great mid-tower case and the XM is going to be even better. Hooray for Cooler Master.

I am pretty excited myself because the cooling options are the same as the HAF X (can have up to 4 200mm fans). With the case being smaller than the Haf X, i would think that would lead to more effective cooling. Also, the option to mount an ssd to the back of the mobo tray is pretty slick.

Hey Alex, is DS going to replace the HAF X with the HAF XM?

Most likely if it is replacing the other model.

Wait, the HAF-X is a full size case and the XM is a mid case. I don't think it is a replacement for the HAF-X but for the 922.

The HAF XM in a mid tower case and listed under the Mid Tower section of Cooler Masters Web Site. Here is a quote from the offical release of this case by Cooler Master: Chino, California – April 24th, 2012 - Cooler Master, an industry leading chassis, thermal solution, peripheral, and accessory manufacturer today announced what amounts to the pure essence of the HAF X packed into a mid-tower size, the HAF XM.
The HAF X is still listed under the Full Tower section of their Web Site. I see no indications that Cooler Master is replacing the HAF X.

Looks like we might not carry this, we already have a great number of cases from Corsair that fit that size category fairly well.

That is true Alex but you haven't had a good mid tower case since you dropped the 922. The only good mid-tower you have is the 600T. I think the XM is better than the 600T. My opinion of course.

If there is a strong demand for it, I'm sure we'll carry the chassis.
