I found these for pre-order on a overclockers UK:

I did a little research and here is a link about 2 GTX 680s with 4GB that are on the market:
That article states they will be hard to find and dang I can't find them anywhere but that card from Palit sure looks cool.
 
I checked EVGAs website and they have a 4GB listed on main site but not on purchase site. I did find a post in the EVGA forums by an EVGA employee saying available early May.  That post was March 29th.
 
Newegg has 13 GTX 680s listed for sale but none with 4GB.  All are out of stock except 1 from Galaxy.
 
At least DS has the 2GB 680s in stock if you are getting a new system.  Ah, at least I think they do.Confused

Thanks for the research Asangard, you rock!  I hope DS gets them when the EVGA version comes out, it will be nice to have the 4gb for higher res/multi-monitor set ups.

I found a thread on the EVGA forums that says the 4gb GTX 680 ftw will be out in time for Diablo 3 (mid May):  http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?m=1579381&mpage=1

Funny thing is, Diable 3 requirements are way below most of the current games. At least, that's from what the beta is showing.
I do hope the full game at least puts a tiny bit of stress on my GPU, as the in-game graphics (note I used "in game" cuz blizzard makes kick ass cinematic) was the most disappointing part about Diable 3 for me.
