for quiet and powful pc

 

I am looking for quiet and powerful pc.

I will be using the pc for my work (editing video/photos/) and watching movies/musics and playing games.

my budget would be $3500 ~ $4000

 

A couple of questions.

 

1. air cooling vs liquid cooling

What I have learned is that LC is more effective and less noise that AC but there is a risk for LC. some people have positive experience. any feedback on this?

BTW, my room is very dusty.

 

2. single GPU vs dual GPUs

I plan to purchase to 2 Apple 27 inch monitors (researching for quite some time and decide to go for glossy)

Can one GTX 680 handle multiple monitors without performace hits while playing high-ends games?

 

3. need many internal hard drive bays

for my work, I need many storage spaces. it looks like black-ops-syndicate has decent number of hard drive bays. but is it noisy? if so, I probably purchase hard disk towers for my storage.

If I go for H100, should I maintain LC (such as refilling)? still concern me leaking while maintaining the liquid
