It depends if the team is free to show you a tour at that day. We've been very busy lately. As of right now, we're planning for CES and finishing up the last batch of holiday orders.

We can always take you into our lobby area and show any system that you're interested in.

I'll be in the San Fran area in mid May for a while and would like to come by and visit DS for a tour on Monday May 16, 2011.
 
Will this be possible? I'd like to know now, as if it is possible to get a nice tour of DS facilities, I'll book my flight to stay in SF the extra day.

That's quite far away from then. It honestly depends on what is going at the facility during that time.

I can't promise a full facility tour, but, we'll be more than happy to take you into our showcase area and show you any chassis/config/build that you are interested in.

So I read through all of the posts for the Facility Tour and can't believe I'm the first one to notice that whoever placed the top wooden crate on the loading dock ignored the "This End Up" arrows.  I'm just sayin'....

@PGS,

Nice find! The crate being that way isn't really an issue on the dock. FedEx/UPS will place that rate on all sides, those arrows are mainly to let customers know how to open the system.

Hey Alex, who do I want to meet with about your packaging? I tried dropping off a sample of another customer's flood coated black box w/ red eyes - I thought it'd be cool to do the same thing w/ yours.  The receptionist took my card and told me she'd pass it along to I think she said .. The pool table is the most amazing part, makes your facility have a mancave appeal to it ! That being said, its awefully close to that huge window... sure hope someone doesnt hop-shot a ball off the table or your next picture will be "The Window.... well where it use to be ..."
