Definitely! Any local customer can pickup their system and not pay shipping costs.

You mean for return service systems for warranty repairs? Only within the fist 30 days of delivery, after that, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

btw, if you put a raceway on the otherside of the rack would make things more clean

My Cat would be at home in your facility.. last place I took him for a claw clipping, he pulled out that damn BFG9000 and wasted the whole mall.. :/   he said there was a hair in his clawshine. Apparently that was unacceptable. Oops

i'm going to be purchasing one of your systems soon, and since i'm in the bay area am looking forward to picking it up myself!! the only thing i don't see in your facility is the common 'costco equipped' kitchen with huge bins of pretzels, cheezits and twizzlers!!
