i'll have to make a costco run before i come over to pick it up! when i go to my local bike shop for service i usually bring chips and beer which works wonders, but you guys seem more like twizzler crew to me unless i hear differently.... i'm going out of town on vaca on the 14th, trying to decide whether to order before i go or when i get back...i'll have a few thousand pictures to deal with from the trip, but don't want to have the pc sittting in your shop while i'm away. i'm pretty set on my build which i think you've commented on already, and over budget but not too badly. i think for what i want this is what i'm going to need to spend! other than ca sales tax, there is a big benefit for me to having you guys local in case anything ever goes wrong.

Ya'll took the time to photo the building and and share it with anyone crazy enough to look?
Some would say you have too much time on your hands, but I think it's a nice touch! It's like "Hi, we're Digital Storm, come on in and let me show you around."

I live in FL, too. DS computers are built by hand in one place - California. It will take 6-7 days to ship to you. Mine left on a Fri aft, and got to me Thurs, noonish.

Sweet facility! I somehow pictured it larger...processing thousands of orders a month. How many production staff do you have?

i still dont know how you guys manage such a great company with so many orders each day with only ~~30 employers. Esp building the PC's, it took me like 10 mins to unscrew a screw that was pretty hard to reach on my case x.x its just crazy amazing that you guys run such a company with that many hands.

It really depends. To be honest, to install Windows, and setup the computer the way we do isn't something you can learn from school. You just need a general understanding of the components. From there our team will get you up to speed on the Digital Storm process.

I liked the pics, but I noticed some spelling errors that left me with a bad impression. "personal" should be "personnel", and "palette" should be "pallet". The latter is actually two different words, I got that one wrong in the past too lol. And I should know better because I work in a shipping warehouse. Just pointing this out in case someone feels it's necessary to correct.

Alex, I thought I read somewhere that DS does walk in orders by appointment, is this true? If I drive up to pick up my rig would that negate S&H costs?
Thank you for your time

I actually live sort of close to Fremont.
How open to the public is your office? If I just wanted to see one of your triple panel 3d rigs is that something I could do?
How about if I wanted to see if it caused eye strain over several hours of gaming?
