Our Front

This is the front of our building, picturesque California weather is always a plus in any photograph.
Lobby Sofa
When you come to visit Digital Storm rest easy on our comfy Sofa.
Digital Storm Video

Watch our "Why Digital Storm" video while waiting in our lobby or peruse the latest issues of PC Gamer, CPU magazine, and Maximum PC
Lobby Front Desk

Awesome front desk, with awesome receptionist included (not pictured)
Storm Lounge Case Gallery

The Storm lounge has on display past unique Digital Storm cases, which are actually also available for purchase.
Hallway

This very exciting hallway separates our awesome Lobby from other offices and the customer service area
Pool Table

A place for Digital Storm employees to relax, play pool, and discuss the day's current events.
Customer Service
Here you can see all the dedicated Digital Storm customer service reps. taking your calls and working to make sure every customer is taken care of.
Conference Room

This is where our Digital Storm employee meetings occur, where we talk about the future of Digital Storm and how to perfect how we do business.
The Office

Executive stylings of the head honcho, working hard to improve Digital Storm's products and grow our business.
The Office 2
All Executives have a taste for fine art and furniture as long as its purchased from IKEA.
Network Rack

I was able to get a quick shot of one of our network racks.
The Door

.....to the testing area. Only specific personnel allowed inside.
The Testing Floor

Walking through "The Door" you'll see our testing floor. Our uncovered testing racks allow hot air to escape upwards preventing damage to your critical components.
Assembly

One of our numerous skilled Assembly technicians builds a Digital Storm Black|OPS Assassin system.
Cases

Our employee moving a palette of the popular Sniper Cases into our assembly area to complete the day's orders.
Forklift

Our forklift operator is constantly on the move shuffling pallet of parts, cases, or boxes from one part of the warehouse to another.
Deliveries

With the forklift out of frame you can get an idea of the scope of Digital Storm's operation right now. All these palette's have to be moved into place by the end of the day.
Packing Foam Part 1

Digital Storm understands how frustrating it is to receive damaged packages so we've invested ten's of thousands of dollars into new technology that protects your new computer from damage.
Packing Foam Part 2

Here our employee sprays foam in-between the computer system and the edges of the box to keep your computer tightly surrounded by impact absorbing foam.
Shipping/Receiving Dock

On the dock are 34 gaming systems ready to ship. Easy access for FedEx and UPS trucks further prevents damages caused by shipping.

Great shots of the new facility! Room to roam....
1. Curious....how much was involved with reconfiguring the electrical and power pole drops in the testing lab? About how long did it take to set up before move in?
2. Does the foam packer have the best job with the foam gun..?
3. And lastly, does the head honcho also wear a white suit like Ricardo Montalban...to match his spotless white chair??
Still love the loading docks the most...

Questions: Do you guys still have a gaming room for people to play on your machines like the old facility?
Btw, I love the pic with all the customers' computers just sitting there waiting to be picked up. Maybe one of these days, i'll pretend to be the UPS guy in a bootleg shipping truck jacking all the computers and ship them to my place

It was a lot of work and very expensive. It took about close to a month to be honest. We're talking about electrical, networking, and KVM switches.

He enjoys it!

We use this for high-end builds that we feel are sensitive to shipping damage.

Nice, use that foam for all your computers you ship i think. If i had the foam added spray type from smoothcreation.com maybe my computer would have arrived working and not shattered in pieces.
