I am happy to announce our new line of amazing gaming machines, the EXTREME series.

With some really neat precision painting techniques, we are able to provide amazing finishes on our EXTREME series cases.

On the note of cases, I noticed the "Pro" case changed. Is it possible to get the old window-less one, I like it better.

Yes, we can do a special request for you. When placing the order, you may request the old PRO series case in the order comments (third page of the checkout process) or mention it to one of our sale reps over the phone.

i also noticed that you guys made the default rigs alot less basic, just wanted to say it makes it easier for customization, i feel less like im juts throwing things into a case and saying build it and send it to me. there's more of a guideline. its nice.

True, but, we wanted to make it so that everyone could start out with a low budget and upgrade the machine as they see fit.

We will be more than happy to help you configure a machine based on your needs and/or budget if you wish.

yeah i wanted to get a computer before summer is over so something i can play games like oblvivion and WoW without a problem, as well as doin some modle editing with blender or zbrush, so anything under about 1000 to 1200 would be cool.

Sounds like no problem, post your requirements, needs, budget, etc in the configuration discussion area and we will set you up with a machine that is truly designed for your needs.

Sweet use of a TJ09.

Is it possible to get the same design on a TJ10? I like the lines a we bit better on the TJ10.

That is a very nice case.  As mine sits under my desk and I do not LAN much, I will stick with the PRO.  Even though it is not as cool.

We can do it on a TJ10 for you. We are trying to stay away from the front doors that the TJ10 has, but, we are happy to accommodate to the needs of our customers.

Does DS have these cases built for them or are they just standard cases?

There are few changes on them. You won't find a lot of TJ09 with side windows either.

Maybe everyone else recognize these cases on sight, but not me. Who actually makes these things? Oh wait, I get it. They are Silver Stone TJ09s. Cool.... Still, I feel the biggest shortcoming of the DS website (there aren't many) is that it doesn't identify and describe the available cases.

For example, why not tell people in print that you can't put an nVidia 8800 card in the current PRO case unless you alter the case.

Good idea. We will plan something out to notify customer's about these special alterations.

Today, my fixation is fans and fan noise. I'd like to see case descriptions that discuss ventilation and noise.
