P.S.
It left here with flying colors... passed all stability tests:
150x LinX Passes
24-Hours Prime95 Blend
FurMark
Heaven
The system gets turned off and moved to QA where it also POSTed successfully there, etc...

this guide is a bit old but you can start with this one
AS for my pc, my cousin told me that venom had him take out all 3 sticks of ram and reseat them, then he tried just one stick in different ports.
so the ram has been checked and double checked, unless all 3 sticks are bad.
the computer left DS with cpu working, computer was taken out of the box and never ran once, never posted, so what else other then shipping can it be?
cmos was reset.
pci lane jumpers where changed to disable so its not the pci lanes and cards either.
its either the cpu or mobo.
it makes no difference who is there, venom and my cousin (John) are doing the same as if I was there.
ya it goes thru codes apparently then stays on 25 for a few seconds then goes to ff and get stuck there, I see evga says that ff from the begining is not a good idea and is the mobo, but from what my cousin tells me, it goes thru the codes, then get stuck with ff, it does not start with ff.
I'm not waiting anymore then I have to, if the cpu does not fix it, it goes back unfortunately, but I'm hoping the cpu is the problem.
you guys got any ideas, let me know I will ask my cousin to do it, keep in mind ram has been tested (taken out, etc), cpu was taken out and poped back in, pci lanes were disabled via jumpers.

How much would it cost if I wanted to make my own cooling system completely DIY for 1 GPU and 1 CPU single loop?

ok, so no GPU detected, I don't understand disable the jumpers..that won't help. did they re-seat the GPU's?, of course re-seat all the power to the GPU's and on the backside of the PSU?

If its going through codes, then going to FF it is posting. Another way to ensure its posting, is push the num lock key on the keyboard, if the light comes off and on, well you know its posting and its not the cpu.

if it hangs on 25, and shuts down, no GPU detected.. still should beep if it posts. stuff like this is so easy to do when you are there, but when a different person is there, but online, it is tough, because on the other end, the person might be missing one small setail, that changes everything. lol

Definition of DIY Liquid Cooling System - Liquid Cooling system with ALL parts ordered and self-built What you put there is an all-in-one system, which usually suck, and are non-modular with no possible user customizability. A DIY LC rig is fully customizable by you, from the pump type, to the reservoir, to the number of radiators. Lowest cost I can get it for a CPU only rig with dual 120mm radiators is $450. Here are the parts I've arranged... XSPC Bay Reservoir and Pump Combo 2x Swiftech MCR120 Stackable 120mm Single Radiator Cooler Master R4 Series L2R fans for radiators Swiftech Apogee XT Extreme CPU Waterblock Arctic Cooling MX-3 Thermal Interface Compound ArctiClean Thermal Material Remover and surface cleaner PrimoChill PrimoFlex PRO LRT Tubing 1/2"ID and 3/4"OD A little bit of Tygon Silver Antimicrobial 1/2"ID and 3/4"OD tubing thrown in for antimicrobial properties Primochill Nylon Reusable UV Reactive Hose Clamps Koolance G/14" Brass inline drain valve G/14" Barb FIttings Feser Aqua Non-Conductive Ultra Pure Water (well, for you, I'll be using ridiculously pure water coming from my mother's hospital, ) PrimoChill Liquid Utopia Feser Base Corrosion Blocker If you throw in quick releases, expect to see a price bump up from $100 to $200.

To make the EVGA X58 4X SLI classified motherboard to fit all you guys had to do was just cut out the psu divider?
Please let me know if you guys had to do anything else to make it fit.
Really want that board with Corsair 800D.

ok now it hands on 08, I see on the 3x classy it means check the keyboard, but he has no keyboard attached to it.
to night I have him just remove the gpus, so they are out, put the pci jumpers back, testing with one ram, and each time it hangs on 08, and I can't find a damn thing about it.

had him connect an old dell wired basic keyboard, both via ps/2 and usb, and still same 08 code, apprently John had told venom that he was looking at the codes reflection in the cd, and that it was reversed, so he was not sure what the code was, it could be 25 or 52, venom thought it was 25, its actually 52, it hangs on 52 for a minutes, which from what I understand is a memory test, then it goes to "08" which because it was reversed, they thought it was "80".
we pulled out the gpus of the pci, unpluged them, same code.
while gpus are out, we tried different sticks of ram, one by one in all 3 slots and same code.
cpu was changed today, same code.
so WTF lol, what is the hell is this 08?

I always tell people here the same thing, when buying one of these high-end pcs, expect things to go bad, so it went bad, this time around DS is gonna ship it to me via white glove ground, so that they are truly careful with the crate/pc and when it arrives it should work.
Things go wrong, sh*t happens, I can either get mad or relax thru the process, either way I got to go thru it, might as well take it easy on myself, now if the second time it does not boot, then I'm not gonna be so understanding
but trust me I'm anything but patient, just on this one things I told myself I was not gonna get worked up, but otherwise I have no patience, its one of my downfalls I'm trying to work on.

We received it back. We're working on it now and we've decided to freight it back to DST4ME on our behalf.

Well originally we called evga, and they could not tell us why we were getting the "08" code and no post, they recommended we rma the mobo, so I'm assuming it was the mobo, but let see what they say.
On the different note, I'm having a wonderful month apparently, since my motorcycle got stolen right from the front of the complex, I'm so upset and ticked off, at this point I don't even care about the bike, I just want the mother "F" ers caught, now I got to wait 30 days for the insurance company to cut me a check, and only got knows how much they will give me, most likely not enough.
ok back on topic again, let see what they say about the pc, so far I love DS and how they are handling everything, I bet you I would have a bike much faster if I could have gotten that with the DS warranty
