I've been looking at the vanquish line for about a month know and one thing puzzles me. High Speed Network Port (Supports High-Speed Cable / DSL / Network Connections) is what the vanquish comes with but idk if this means its only ethernet or ethernet + Wifi.

I have a WiFi dongle in mine.. and there is a PCI slot for an ethernet jack.. so I would say both.

you can use the PCI card or a USB adapter.

If you are far from the router or have several walls between the computer and router the PCI is the better and stronger.

I use the netgear N300 on my third computer and it does a good job. I do wish I had access to Ethernet for the speed but the wireless works.

I second this. I used the N300 until recently and it was very good. One wall and about 30 feet from the router. Good price too. I now have a wired connection and there is no comparison obviously, but the USB dongle is a fine option.

What a coincidence.. I, too, am using the netgear N300. Great little dongle.

Ah I too am about to get a Netgear N300 from local bestbuy. Soon as the Apollo comes (I bet for not about a week or more yet because although I got a tracking number today it is not active at all at UPS freight) I will be moving the current setup down stairs.
edit---system has left freight location and enroute...need to go buy any extras I need to move current system downstairs.
