Looks awesome.
If you can answer questions, is the psu on the bottom and drives on top? Where does the 240mm rad vent? Out the top, or intake top..... Nice. |

So its larger than the original Bolt, but easier to get around inside of. Seems like a good compromise to me.

* PSU is on the bottom.
* Storage drives are on top. * Side intakes bring air into the radiator and then that air goes through the system and out from the top and rear vents. |

How much does it weigh? Or is that too specific of a question at this point.

The Bolt II looks great, especially the water-cooling capability. I just wish you guys over at Digital Storm would make one exception and release this case on its own. Many PC builders like myself have been looking for a great SFF case that takes advantage of its own size. Designs like this are few and far between. Please!!
Great job, guys. :) |

Not that I need another gaming system, but the new Bolt II is seriously tempting...

* Yes it can, there is a photo on our image gallery showing this. It comes included with feet.
* Ordering will start at the end of this month. * To UK, it will cost between $200-$500 with import/duty/custom fees and shipping. * We will offer the option for customers to get SteamOS once it actually launches. * Specs will be announced later on. |

This
announcement made me register on your forum. The BoltII pretty much seems to be what I have been waiting for: watercooled gaming PC in a small package.
This already brings me to an idea for modding the BoltII: I wonder if the HDD/SSD-rack can be removed (using 1SSD only) and replace by a slim 120mm radiator (with fan) and integrated into the water circulation including a watercooled GPU heat sink... At least the posted photos suggest that there might be just enough space for that. When the pc is idle, this should provide enough cooling to run it almost completely silent (only the PSU fan would be left). I wonder if this setup could provide enough cooling while gaming. Sure the GPU would probably produce more heat than the CPU, but while gaming, the fans for the radiators could just run a bit faster... It's not an SLI-system... P.S.: Greatings from Germany... I hope you ship there...Edited by Jorlin - 10 Jan 2014 at 5:03pm |

They pretty much ship everywhere internationally, you'd have to call and get a shipping quote though

@Jorlin,
Welcome to the forums! Glad to hear you are excited about the Bolt II. We currently do not see how a radiator could be modded in as a 120mm radiator is far larger than the HDD storage compartment. We do ship internationally to Germany, I would advise waiting until we launch to get a quote from our team. |

Thank you! Even without mod I guess that the idle mode is quiet and any gaming situation should not be of concern since the audio shoud surpass the noise level... Waiting for the release... Edited by Jorlin - 12 Jan 2014 at 2:45am |

Haven't been around these parts in quite some time, but I saw this advertised on another site and was very impressed. This is probably the sexiest mini ITX enclosure I've ever seen. The perfect balance of form and function. Very well done DS; glad to see you guys innovating on the PC gaming landscape.

Is this going to come with an ir reciever? If it's looking to be placed in the living room it just makes sense to be able to use my harmony remote to turn it on/do basic movie playback without needing to add an extra USB dongle

Also, I'm sure this is a noob question, but if I upgrade to a Blu ray player I won't have any problems with audio codecs for 7.1 surround sound, will I? A lot more familiar with the home theater world but this is all new to me :p

Never mind, found that online eventually. Sort of assumed it wouldn't be a problem but better safe than sorry.

Not a build in one, but it does have USB ports on the front, so you can easily add a USB dongle to it (IR or BT) for connectivity. |

If you select our HydroLux control board & software, you can control chassis LED lighting and chassis fan speeds, but for the GPU fan, you can control that with NVIDIA driver software. |
