Alex.... On my tablet, I can't open any level 3 or level 4 in the configurator to check builds.   This started a while back but forgot to mention it.

CUSTOMIZE button doesn't respond.

Not sure if its just me or are others having the issue...

Only on the Kindle tablet.   The desktop works great.

Just tried on my end, I can confirm the same issue on the same device.
My Two Digital Storm Rigs: Mr. Bojangles (HAF-X, 2010) & Mrs. Bojingles (Bolt I, 2013).

Just to clarify, is it on the VANQUISH page only? So you're able to open the Level 1 and Level 2 fine? What about other product pages?

Hi Alex.. It happens on all the desktop pages.   Level 1& 2 open when I hit Customize, and level 3&4 don't respond when I hit Customize.

Weird, the development team checked the code and it is basically the same for both pages. It looks like a weird issue with our responsive design and the Kindle.

Anyone have issues with an iPAD or other tablet?

Hi,
Was able to open levels 3 &4 on the Vanquish and Bolt III on an i-pad running Chrome. Did not try others.
