     I had a great super detailed post for this gaming rig - but it didn't post and now I need to start over.

Ok so here is the build.

I was wondering a few things - like should I go with 3x SLI or quad?  Is the difference that big?

How many monitors would I be able to use at 3x SLI?  Quad?

Anyone have a monitor recommendation?

I'm worried about liquid cooling, I know next to nothing about it.  What if it leaks?
How often do I fill it?  Do I fill it? 
For the hard drives - should I keep the SS (Solid State) main drive and get a 7200 drive like shown?  Or 2 SS's in raid?  Thoughts?

Is having the CPU and graphics cards overclocked a good idea?  Is it safe?

Do you think that touch-screen-thing is even applicable to the system as is?
