Budget:
5,000-ish Expectations: Gaming rig for my HDTV Usage: Gaming Hi guys, I am just concerned about the cooling. There's no cooling included for the Titan Z right? Isn't this a big deal since the card has heating issues? Some of my DS purchasing history: I bought a laptop from DS many years ago and it's basically a brick now. I RMA'd it 2 times and it completely failed again 2 years ago (at which point, I gave up on it). I bought 2 desktops from DS. They went through modifications/upgrades. This desktop is still in good shape. I don't use it anymore though. |

Hi LDLD... The Tiatn Z is triple slot wide to handle the cooling. Most cards are double wide. I haven't heard of any issues but haven't looked into it in quite some time. The card should take care of itself with its fan and heatsinks. . The Bolt is vented so the card pulls air directly into it and the rear of the card exits the heat.
Hope this helps. Edited by bprat22 - 30 Jan 2015 at 8:44am |

As long as it isn't in a closed space, the Bolt II won't have any cooling issues. The GPU and CPU cooling both get direct air-flow for cooling.
