Hey Guys,

Since I notice more and more peeps buying Bolt 2 hehe, (awesome portable beast!). I wonder what is your CPU Temp and post here with some info like mine ;

-----------------------------------
Cooling : Water Cooling (Corsair H100i)
Idle : CPU Temp : 30-31c
Peek in Game :
Room Temp :

--------------------------------------

Haven't installed games like crysis or bf4, the image above i was playing Warframe in high setting.

So..if you are planning to purchase one and received it and wonder if your bolt 2 system doing normally on cpu temp might check this thread.

And welcome for any comment, advice if there are something not right with the CPU temp. Since Bolt 2 is Compact design unlike Aventum 2 hahaha my dream machine...one day I will purchase that beast.

cheers

Hi kirscahya....   If those are loads temps, then they are excellent.  No worries.  Big%20Smile

Just for kicks, run Windows Experience Index while watching temps to compare.   WEI isn't a heavy stress test like some others, but it does stress the cpu cores and gpu   short term.

Not sure the stress with that game, but others like Crysis will definitely tell you what's happening.

Enjoy. Big%20Smile

Looks good to me.

I have Win 7 and didn't realize until this that 8.1 dropped WEI.   Good to know.

With the 4570 cpu and the 750 video card, temps won't be an issue.   Strong

Throw that bad boy under Prime95 and stress it out. I bet we'll see some heat. ;)

From what i read prime 95 adds extra voltage to Haswell cpus making temps false or a little higher compared to something like aida 64.

I use Prime95 myself for all stress test for any OC. I fully support it. It won't go over any limits you've set within your motherboard.

The whole purpose of Prime95 is to make your system crash. It is to test your stability. It will cause it to max it's voltage, max it's resources, max everything to ensure you have completely stability. It's calculations it runs are very good also.

Until I see definite proof from a respectable source of false read outs, and "foul play" from Prime95... I'll continue to support it and use it as my source of stability testing for high end OC's.
