Hi all,

I recently recorded a video using the Webcam Installer 4.04 that came with my laptop using the BisonCap camera to create an AVI file as usual. Other videos I have made work no problem however this file will not play in any program (including VLC). I have tried various avi repair programs without success, even AVI preview won't play it. If I try to convert it to a different format with Any Video converter it states the video has zero frames.

Is there any way I can fix this? The size of the video is 3.76GB so theory says the frames exist somewhere in it.

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried AppGeeker, converts anything.

Nothing special but works, worth giving a try.

Try to save in a different format than AVI? If the software does not have the option, try a different program as well.

As Alex suggested, just try to convert it in different format. After that also you are not able to play it then I think your video gets corrupted. Give a try to demo version of “remo repair avi” to check its performance.
