I think the reason why you guys should get more praise is the amount of customization you gent's do at such a low cost. Anyone can come to your site and virtually build their own machine (within reason of course) without having to do any of the actual work.
 
Comparing DS to other companies, just at price wise the obvious choice is DS, let alone all the other factors.

Congrats guys - the review seemed a little light on details, and it is unclear why they docked you half a star, but it's a great review nevertheless!
