Simple question is it possible to configure a Aventum II with out the extreme water cooling option I love the case but I have no idea how to keep up the maintance on a water cooling system of that degree

Yes you can build a Aventum without the exotic liquid cooling. But you are paying a high premium for the Aventum case and not using its best feature. I did use a Corsair liquid cooler on the CPU that uses a closed system with no maintenance. They have a great track record and are a good way to cool the CPU. This build needs to be tweaked a bit but will give you an idea what you can do. Here is a basic system without exotic liquid cooling.
