SmileSmile yes this miracle app grows hardware on your card.. Dead
so now that we know it is impossible to add RAM ect... but some of the hardware on the GTX 465 is failed GTX 470, so Nvidia disables some of the failed GPU parts in the BIOS and this app enables it... so it is very risky, but you will not have  GTX 470 performance even if it did work because of the missing hardware.
