Thanks DS for inspiring me to check off one item on my bucket list. I did just build my own and now hope it will be as operationally sound as one of your machines. I have always wanted to build my own PC but never got around to it. I've worked in Data Processing/Information Technology/Internet Security/Help Desk(support)/Netware Admin/Groupwise Admin, so I know my way around a PC and do tech support. The problem is I got sick and could not build a PC that I wanted. My hands do not work correctly now and I don't have the dexterity. I did some research and found DS. I saw they could build a PC like I would have wanted, give me a warranty and talk to someone who is located in the U.S.A if I ever had a problem.

I am glad to show my PC to my friends and family. This would be best placed in general conversation so more people see it but -- once a PC leaves Digital Storm your computer is strictly under the hands of the courier. However, I can testify that Digital Storm gŒs to EXTREME amounts to protect your package with their comprehensive packaging methods, especially if you ship it with the wooden crate option.

So in short, the type of shipping may or may not determine outcome, it all comes down to the courier but Digital Storm packs the PC very safely.

man i love what ya do there i usta live in cali  till i was like 8 moms moved away never had maney friends after that she moved us to alabama  when i was younger i played like atari and the apple 2e played every console on the market  had like 30 computers  i bought a hpe 410 with a 6 core and once i get the money ima get a nvidia 590 sli a new power core and max out the ram from 8 gb to thwe max of 16 gb for cooling i have 2 stanly squarl cage blowers constant temp of about 40 to 50 degrees f even if my room is 85 f but liveing in alabama there isent a lot of money to get parts  the reason i bring this up is because your systems are damn cool and look even better i would like to know if there is any spots open in your companey i work with computers 15 to 18 hrs a day i am a builder and when i saw the systems you all where building i was in awe  sure alien ware has software tecs and can mod and can overclock but i like your computers a lil better  expecially the

Nice find! The crate being that way isn't really an issue on the dock. So I read through all of the posts for the Facility Tour and can't believe I'm the first one to notice that whŒver placed the top wooden crate on the loading dock ignored the "This End Up" arrows.  I'm just sayin'....

I liked the pics, but I noticed some spelling errors that left me with a bad impression. "personal" should be "personnel", and "palette" should be "pallet". The latter is actually two different words, I got that one wrong in the past too lol. And I should know better because I work in a shipping warehouse. Oops

i still dont know how you guys manage such a great company with so many orders each day with only ~~30 employers. i'll have to make a costco run before i come over to pick it up! when i go to my local bike shop for service i usually bring chips and beer which works wonders, but you guys seem more like twizzler crew to me unless i hear differently....Big%20Smile

i'm going out of town on vaca on the 14th, trying to decide whether to order before i go or when i get back...i'll have a few thousand pictures to deal with from the trip, but don't want to have the pc sittting in your shop while i'm away.

i'm pretty set on my build which i think you've commented on already, and over budget but not too badly. i think for what i want this is what i'm going to need to spend! other than ca sales tax, there is a big benefit for me to having you guys local in case anything ever gŒs wrong.

You mean for return service systems for warranty repairs? Only within the fist 30 days of delivery, after that, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

It was a lot of work and very expensive. It took about close to a month to be honest. We're talking about electrical, networking, and KVM switches.

Our employee moving a palette of the popular Sniper Cases into our assembly area to complete the day's orders.

Forklift



Our forklift operator is constantly on the move shuffling pallet of parts, cases, or boxes from one part of the warehouse to another.

Deliveries



With the forklift out of frame you can get an idea of the scope of Digital Storm's operation right now. All these palette's have to be moved into place by the end of the day.

Packing Foam Part 1



Digital Storm understands how frustrating it is to receive damaged packages so we've invested ten's of thousands of dollars into new technology that protects your new computer from damage.

Packing Foam Part 2



Here our employee sprays foam in-between the computer system and the edges of the box to keep your computer tightly surrounded by impact absorbing foam.

Shipping/Receiving Dock



On the dock are 34 gaming systems ready to ship. Easy access for FedEx and UPS trucks further prevents damages caused by shipping.
