Our 'Stage 1' cooling is basically the standard Intel/AMD heat-sink and fan with regular case fans. Blizzard 'Stage 2' cooling consists of a large copper heat-sink and high air-flow processor fan with upgraded case air flow through additional fans. Our new 'Whisper Quiet' cooling technology allows us to lower the operating volume of your computer system by replacing all of the fans with ball-bearing stealth fans.
